Shows: Watch the Super Bowl Commercials
Google Video is offering up the Super Bowl XL commercials - though some are strangely missing. The Ameriquest ads, and the CareerBuilder.com ads are the obvious exceptions, though I'm sure there are more. I wonder why. Perhaps these ads were uploaded by others, and aren't really being "provided" by Google at all. In that case, I can only assume that folks didn't like those as much.
Since the page includes ad-ridden GoDaddy commercials (more than just in the video itself), both those seen on TV and not seen on TV, I would have to assume this is the case, with individual advertisers uploading their own content so that it's available. Another interesting exception is the Sierra Mist "Airport Security" ad - probably the best soft-drink ad of the bunch. Pepsi's lame hip-hop can ad is there, but not Sierra Mist. Strange. The ad page on iFilm has a better selection, but they're still missing the second Ameriquest ad and the Sierra Mist ad.
