Shows: Two and a Half Men

This isn't exactly high-brow humor. But the show is funny. Charlie Sheen provides a lot of the laughs as a parody of his real-life self in jingle writer Charlie Harper, but it's usually Angus T. Jones, playing Charlie's nephew Jake Harper, who gets the real laughs. Sure, most of them come from the fact that he's 11. So what?

There are also a good number of laughs to be had from the relationship of Charlie to his brother Alan (played by Jon Cryer), and everyone's relationship to their mother (Holland Taylor) is usually worthy of a few laughs as well. But generally it's Jake who provides the best moments in the show.

However, you'll also want to keep an eye out for Rose (Melanie Lynskey), one of Charlie's former conquests, who also happens to live downstairs and still has a crush on Charlie. It just so happens that she still has a thing for Charlie, and it doesn't hurt that she's a stalker, so when she come climbing over the railing - or jumps back over it, those bits are pretty good.
