Kevin McCarthy (Innerspace) stars as Walter Jameson, and it turns out that Walter Jameson is old. Really old. When he says he knows Plato, he knows Plato. Or at least he knew him. In person. He isn’t quite sure how it happened, other than he gave an alchemist a bunch of money, and the alchemist did something, and he’s been alive ever since. It isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.
In the end, one of Walter’s wives tracks him down and shoots him. That’s one of the downsides, you know. And when he is shot, those two thousand years or so catch up with him all at once and he just turns to dust. That doesn’t seem like much fun.
