In this episode, a flight from London to New York’s Idlewild Airport (which later became John F. Kennedy Airport) catches a “jet stream” and goes back in time, and actually sees a dinosaur on the ground! So they fly back up to the former altitude to try and go back to their time and think they have succeeded, only to find that they’ve made it to 1939, which is about 22 years too early, so we leave them wondering if they should land or try again.
This episode had some repeat stars in it, with Captain Farver played by John Anderson, who played Gabriel in A Passage for Trumpet from Season 1 and Craig by Paul Comi, who played Marcusson in People Are Alike All Over, also from Season 1.
