A father (David White, Bewitched) is trying to raise his three children and has just lost another helper. His son recommends a robot helper, in the form of a woman. Why not?
So they visit the factory and assemble her. The years pass, and slowly Grandmother becomes a part of their life. The children go to college and she returns to the factory to be recycled, either passed out to another family or have her parts reclaimed for reuse. Written by science fiction great Ray Bradbury.
