Windfall Recap: Getaway
Now things are getting a bit interesting. Our emancipated minor throws a wild party in his hotel suite, and his Russian bride returns to him, which causes a problem with the little high school hottie who wants him as well. Whoops. The pizza delivery girl moves into a hotel (which may or may not be the same place), and at the end of the episode we see that someone else appears to want to lay claim to at least that share of the prize. Whoops.
Meanwhile, Zoe appears to want to take out the possible connection to any wrongdoing in the past of our mystery man, who may or may not be the innocent flower delivery boy that he claims to be, but in the end she just wants to buy him off. Nice misdirection. The title of the episode appears to indicate that Zoe pulled a fast one and high-tailed it out of town, leaving him high and dry. Even nicer misdirection.
While this is happening, the girls jet to Paris for a shopping spree, while the rest of the crew pitters about town doing, well, not much of anything it seems. In relation to the money questions I raised while talking about last week's episode, there is a Money Tracker feature on the NBC site that shows what everyone has spent thus far. It doesn't seem to include everything, and I'm not sure about the pricing, but it is an interesting feature.
