Windfall Recap: Running with the Devil
Damien's parents have asked him to move home, but that doesn't seem to be working out so well. The Lottery Burglar has apparently spotted his $100K car out front, and decided to break into the house to steal, well, something from his parents. So he takes off for a night of unbridled love with Frankie. Well, as it turns out, it's just some kissing on the couch of the new apartment that Frankie's mom bought in NYC, but that's as close as these kids seem to get.
Meanwhile, Sean and Tally continue their pursuit of Zoe all the way to Buffalo, where they find nothing other than a trunkful of meth, which surprises no one except for Sean, so it looks like Zoe pulled a fast one on him. Good for her.
Devoted father Peter has taken the opportunity to jet to Mexico to be with his new friend the lawyer on a "fishing trip", complete with supplied fish, in order to hobnob with money men who will supply him with the capital for his startup business, since Cameron doesn't seem interested, at least in the business. Cameron does seem interested in Peter's wife Nina, who is back home minding the home and checking out their new mansion, which has water leaks, which strangely she seems to be intent on fixing - I thought the sellers had to fix problems with houses before the sale, not potential buyers.
Finally, a cliffhanger at the end of the episode as Frankie's dad is in bed with Sumer and he fires a gun at a woman in a coat at the end of the episode. We're led to believe that it's Frankie, coming home early from New York, but it's my suspicion that it's actually Frankie's mom instead - or at least some other woman. No way would they kill off the kid, especially with the whole Damien-Galina-Frankie triangle going on. We'll see soon, I'm sure.
