Horace Maxwell Ford lives his life as if he’s a child. Which isn’t all bad, but sometimes you have to live the life that you’re in. For him, however, he just wishes that he could go back to the days where he ran down the street, stealing apples and having fun. Until one night where he meets up with his old pals who are doing just that. The only problem is they’re having fun without him, for he didn’t invite them to his party.

They beat him up and leave him in the street, and it’s then that he realizes that he’s blocked the bad things out of his mind, and he remembers as he wants to. Perhaps it’s time that Horace got on with the life he has, not the life he wishes he had.
