Damien and Frankie continue their road trip by trying to crash a prom – only they are the ones who crash, getting busted at the prom, then getting busted by Frankie’s mom as she cancels the credit card, meaning they have no money. So Damien turns around and heads home while Frankie sleeps, which doesn’t make her too happy. Turns out he might have some sense after all.
Beth can’t seem to decide what she wants, even though she knows she doesn’t want Cameron. She tries on a pastry chef for size, but in the morning she feels guilty, so she kicks him out and then she feels guilty about that and… well, she’s just a mess. Kimberly, who has become Beth’s confidant, is beginning to suspect something is up as Nina forgets everything having to do with her kids and also doesn’t want anything to do with Beth, who she thought was her friend (I expect to see more there).
Peter, meanwhile, shows in the Money Tracker as spending more than twenty million says that he isn’t in a hole, and I’m not sure how that has hapepned (see my rambling on the Pilot for more on the money distrbution). In any case, his bike rider has pulled a fast one and is apparently still doping so it looks like they’ll be pulling out of their advertising campaign at a loss, but Peter won’t take Sunny’s money – but at the end of the episode, Sunny has said she will be buying into the company to keep it afloat (while Peter strokes her leg).
Cameron waits patiently for Nina, while she vacillates between being a good mother (she doesn’t spend much time on that one) and leaving Peter, but she can’t quite leave him just yet – until he decides to spend the night at the factory, at which point she promptly shows up on Cameron’s doorstep.
And in the shocker of the night (which isn’t really a shocker if you’ve been following this category), Zoe is indeed alive, but she thinks Sean sent the Russian to knock her off, so she’s been in hiding. She tries to get Tally to leave, and Tally leaves with her, but only for a while – then she goes back to Sean – but only long enough that they figure out Park is the one who is behind it all, and then they get a call to identify Zoe’s body, and this time it’s for real. Looks like Park may have the drop on Sean this time, judging by the preview.
