According to Jim Recap: The Grill

After Jim wins a new grill, he offers to sell Andy his old one for $200. Andy agrees. Unfortunately, Cheryl overhears the whole thing and pulls Jim aside to tell him that family doesn't do things like that, and that he needs to give Andy the grill instead of selling it to him. That's when the problems begin.

Jim agrees to give Andy the grill, and Andy thanks Jim, but Jim needs a bit more appreciation and doesn't feel he's getting it, so he begins to feel a bit of resent towards Andy for giving him the grill. It just gets worse the next day at work when Andy doesn't even offer to buy him lunch. So begins a process where Jim tries to get the grill back fro Andy.

The first day Jim races Andy to Andy's house, and in the process speeds and runs a red light, getting stopped by a police officer. The second day the same thing happens. Same officer. Finally, Jim gets to Andy's and finds the grill chained to a tree, but that doesn't stop him - he attaches it to the bumper of his truck and pulls the grill and the tree all the way home. The same officer arrives at the house at the same time he does. It's not a good week to be Jim.

In the end, Jim tries to one-up Andy by giving the grill to Dana. This shows Cheryl that he can give things away, but shows Andy he can give it to someone who will be appreciative (of course, Dana doesn't care). So Andy offers Dana $200, to get at Jim. Dana, not caring about the grill, sells it to Andy. She made out well in this deal. Then Andy and Jim realize that they are being stupid and make up over the grill cover, and Andy makes an appropriately big deal out of receiving such a nice grill cover. All is forgiven.
