My Name is Earl Recap: Very Bad Things
In this episode, Joy decides after watching Britney and Kevin that she wants a TV that disappears. So she and Crabman get a massive entertainment center, but they can't fit it into the trailer. They try and take it back, but because she gets gum in the receipt, they can't make out the item number, and so she can't take it back. She sets it up outside the trailer, then it rains on the unit and shorts out the TV, and she tries again. This time, they definitely don't take it back, but Joy is having none of it.
She leaves the entertainment center there in the store and as she's leaving she notices a delivery truck still running, so she takes off with it, certain she can sell it to get her money back. She enlists Earl and Randy to help her do so. Since one of the many items on Earl's list that pertain to Joy is that he never took her side, he agrees to do so, but then they realize there is a delivery guy trapped in the back of the truck, which complicates matters a bit.
The guy wakes up and manages to get the drop on Joy, but they catch him since he's in his underwear. Unfortunately, Randy puts him in the front of the truck and leaves the keys there too, so he takes off. As they give chase, Earl realizes the best thing to do is to take his foot off the gas and give up, hoping the guy didn't see them. As it turns out, he did, and Joy ends up in jail, and that's where the episode ends.
