According to Jim Recap: Cheryl's Old Flame
Cheryl finds out that Jim is still riding his motorcycle, something he promised not to do. So Jim is apologetic and drains the gas from the motorcycle - until he finds out that Cheryl has been smoking, and then it's on - he rides up and down the street in front of the house, taunting Cheryl.
Meanwhile, Andy is in therapy, where he's trying to come to terms with the issues that he has, and it seems that over and over, Dana is at the center of them. She ate the flower off his birthday cake and then punched him, yet he can't tell her that she's the jerk. So they go back and forth and eventually Dana caves, bringing him a cake. Unfortunately she ate the flower.
