According to Jim Recap: Andy's Girlfriend
Cheryl is happy that Andy has found himself a girlfriend (the first since Carrie, back in the Pilot. Her name is Alicia (played by Nicole Sullivan) and she seems nice. Unfortunately she's a vegetarian, which doesn't go over well. She finds a turkey leg taped to the back of the commode one night, and Jim gently suggests that perhaps Andy is better of without her. This may not have been the best course of action, but it seemed like a good idea at the time.
The next day, Andy and Alicia are back together, and Andy turns into Formal Guy, who wants nothing to do with James - what he has taken to calling Jim in his new personality - because of the comments he made about his lady-friend. Dana, of course, finds the whole thing hilarious.
Nothing is as simple as it would seem, however, and as it turns out, Jim isn't the problem for one. Alicia is actually intimidated by how perfect Cheryl is, and that's why she won't come around the house. Unfortunately, this comes out because Andy couldn't keep his mouth shut, so it looks like that's another girlfriend down the drain.
Also keep an eye out for a brief appearance by Dweezil Zappa as Joe.
