The Class Recap: The Class Visits a Hospital
The second episode in the series was a bit more disjointed than the Pilot. This is probably because it didn't take place in a single location (the apartment that contained the ill-fated party), so it's understandable. Unfortunately, the sheer size of the cast made things flow a bit more unevenly than they did in the first episode. It wasn't bad, exactly, it just wasn't as easy to swallow as the first episode.
First we had to find out what happened to Lina after being run over by Richie. Unfortunately, things aren't looking good. She broke all but one bone in her feet. That bone, it seems, had to be broken in order to set the other bones. It looks like she'll be recovering for the next few months. To the chagrin of her sister Kat, she'd still like to see Richie again - but it's possible that she doesn't know he's the one who ran over her just yet. She's just happy that they had a nice time.
Not sure that she's ready to leave Yonk, Nicole went back home after a night of passion with Duncan. As luck would have it, he came right behind her, and discovered that he worked on the house when he was younger. Even worse, the contractor had run out of money and so some of the fixtures are made of styrofoam. This gives Nicole a chance to hire him to fix the work and have him around. It might not be the best idea.
Finally, we see an odd luncheon date between Holly, Perry and Kyle, where Holly tries to find out just how long Kyle had been discovering his gay side prior to prom night. As it turns out, it wasn't that long. What's really got people wondering is how long it will be before Holly figures out her current husband is even more flaming than her prom date. Stay tuned.
