According to Jim Recap: Poking the Bear
Jim and Cheryl again visit the fertility doctor (Mitch Rouse), and find out that Jim's count is up, but it's still below where it should be. So not only should Jim continue to refrain from his vices, but he should also try to keep from getting upset. This is a problem because his potential client Max (Tom Arnold) is one of those people who just gets you madder every time you see them.
When he comes to visit Jim and Andy to check out a model they've built on a project (the third such model), he not only strings them along, he takes Jim's sandwich and eats it, which requires a Herculean effort by Jim, but he keeps his cool, and it works out - Jim and Andy are invited to ride on a luxury motorcoach to see the Bears play the Packers the next weekend.
Dana isn't happy about this development until she realizes that the bus is full not of Bears fans, but Packers fans - including a cheerleader (Christina Cindrich, who was a waitress in Issue 3 of Who Wants to Ve a Superhero, where she tempted contestants to give up their secret identities). They mercilessly sing Packers songs and taunt Jim and Andy the whole way there.
When they finally arrive, Jim is ready to burst, but he lets Andy do the work so that he doesn't waste his effort, and he fully expects to lose the job, but he finds out that not only have they had the job, but even after they tell Max off, they still have the job. So Andy spray-paints Go Bears on the side of the bus and they run. To where, I don't know, but they run.
This is, incidentally, the episode where Cheryl gives Dr. Ryan a picture of Dana to try and set the two up. Of course later they start dating and eventually marry, but this is where it all starts - Ryan asks if the picture is current because "she is fine".
