The Class Recap: The Class Gets Frozen Yogurt
This episode picks up where we left off, with Richie in bed with Fern. While we don't know much about this relationship yet, we can tell that it's probably not appropriate that Richie is dating - or trying to date - Lina. Speaking of which, Lina has returned to work, but having both of your legs in casts and trying to move about in a wheelchair doesn't make that easy. It's bound to get even more difficult, as in one scene we see her ask the janitor to clean up the mess we made, and the janitor is Fern. This should be interesting.
As this develops, Ethan and Kat kick their relationship up a notch by going out for yogurt. Only Kat doesn't actually buy yogurt, she simply samples a variety and then leaves. This aggravates Ethan to no end, which Kat finds amusing. Ufortunately for him, it also eggs him on until he finds himself on the short end of the stick, challenged to do the same, but with even more samples. So they go back the next day to see if he really can eat ten samples of yogurt and walk away without buying anything.
Nicole is headed out of town, and Duncan still appears to be stuck on that one wall in the housem but he somehow got the idea that it would be a good idea to hire Richie, so now there are two of them. I wonder how long it will take now. No sign of Yonk, I guess he's out of town shooting a commercial or something.
Cracking under the pressure of pulling the application for little Oprah (and confronted by the fact that Holly is going to see the headmaster), Kyle elects to tell Holly the truth about what he did. The only problem is that Holly won't believe him. Instead she wants to believe that Kyle still has feelings for her. Which is fine, as long as Oprah gets into the school, which she does. Perry, meanwhile, tries to act concerned that Kyle may have feelings, but in reality, he runs off to see Aaron at every turn.
And back at the yogurt shop, Ethan struggles through is ten samples of yogurt, and somehow manages to turn away without buying anything, even though there is a lengthy line of people behind him that absolutely do not like him. Kat is impressed. But then he tosses and turns in bed and can't get control of himself. I think it would have been better if he ran back down to the store to buy something, but you can't have everything.
