According to Jim Recap: Moral Dilemma

Cheryl wants to go to a fancy resort for vacation, and Jim doesn't want to pay for it. The next thing you know, two couches are delivered by a couple of guys who don't speak English very well, and they can't return one of them. When they call to try to get the company to pick it up, the guys deliver a third couch. Then they get a credit on their card for the extra couches. To Jim, it's like a bonus - and he gets to take Cheryl to the fancy place she's always wanted to go, all on someone else's money!

So they head out to the vacation of their dreams, getting massages, facials, drinking $10 water and spending money like it's going out of style and they won't have to pay for it (which Jim hopes that they won't). Unfortunately after just one night, the hotel manager comes to tell them that their credit card has reached its limit, and Jim knows that he's about to get caught, so he tries to pack it in before Cheryl finds out. If you've ever watched this show, you know that's not going to happen.

By the time they get home, Cheryl is livid that Jim would even try such a thing, and he is frantic to figure a way out, but this time he's busted. So when they sit down for their talk, Jim does his best to understand (which is to say he doesn't do that well), and they work things out well enough (which is to say Cheryl forgives him), and then Jim does something a bit out of character - he tells Cheryl to pack up again, because they're going back out.

What they don't mention is how they are going to do it since the credit card is already maxed out. I guess they just live in a fantasy land or something. Regardless, the guys who delivered the couch show up on the doorstep with their relatives to thank Jim and Cheryl for their kindness (they gave a $1 tip earlier, which Jim feels will feed and clothe a family for a year).
