According to Jim · Season 3 · Episode 19 · Aired March 2, 2004
In When You Wish to Be a Star (Part 1), Dana finally landed a new job as a Creative Director for an ad agency. Once there, she found that the family for the ad campaign was totally wrong, and when Cheryl showed up, she was perfect, and the family ended up with a free cruise. Once on the cruise, however, Jim was found to be a less-than-ideal father for the video, and he was replaced by an actor. When he found out that Cheryl had to kiss Ted, the actor playing the father, he was steamed. But if they quit the job, they had to pay for the cruise, so he pretended to go along with it.
The Fall Finale of Jericho begins with Dale finding the body of Gracie Leigh in the market, and then the town is treated to a special version of events through one Mitchell Cafferty. According to his story, Jonah showed up at the compound with a cut on his arm and told the gang that he had killed Gracie because she would no longer be doing business with him. It seems to me that Jonah is perhaps lacking in morals, but I don’t think he was the guilty party here.

It seems that the family Dana’s new boss has chosen for the campaign just doesn’t “click”.
According to Jim Recap: Cheryl Sings
According to Jim · Season 3 · Episode 17 · Aired February 17, 2004
As Cheryl tries to keep up with her cousin Mindy, she makes one of the most boneheaded claims of all - she says that she sings for the band. It’s not bad enough to simply claim that she cans sing, but she says she sings for the band. Unfortunately, Mindy calls her on it, because she’s having an engagement party the next week, and she needs a band - so of course she would ask her own cousin to sing. This isn’t going to be pretty.
When Hiro arrives at the Burnt Toast Diner, he believes that he has made it - he has finally jumped to where he intended. And when he sees Charlie, he thinks that he will save her. But as when he finds out that it is her birthday, and he begins to talk to her, it rapidly becomes clear that it is not when he intended - it is instead six months prior to where he intended to go. This is when things get interesting.

Needless to say, she’s a bit embarrassed.
