According to Jim Recap: We Have a Bingo
Reverend "Beaky" Pierson (Chris Elliott) returns, and this time he's hosting a bingo tournament for the church. Though a number of references are made that seem to indicate that he and Jim don't really get along that well, it is not brought up that he and Jim actually have a past, as described in Father Disfigure.
During the bingo game, Jim happens to be sitting next to Old Lady Meier, and he notices during the last game of the night that she's sitting on a bingo. While she probably has no use for the grand prize - a king-size waterbed - he certainly does. And since she's asleep already, so much the better! He slides her card away and replaces it with his own. Unfortunately his conscience gets the better of him and he starts having visions.
At first he sees Reverend Pierson anytime he tries to get into bed with Cheryl, so he goes to talk to the reverend about it. Good old Beaky suggests that perhaps it is Jim's conscience that is bothering him - mostly because Jim was caught on video swapping sheets with Old Lady Meier, and perhaps that is what is giving him these visions.
Jim isn't too sure about this, but he goes to see Mrs. Meier to see if he can figure it out anyway. When he does, he knows that Beaky was right, so he offers to buy the bed from her, but when he gets home, he's still having visions - only this time it's Old Lady Meier! It turns out that Jim paid her for the bed alright - fifteen bucks!
When Jim tells the reverend about this, it's obvious what he needs to do - give her a fair price for the bed. So he finds someone else to buy the bed, which he does, and give her the money, which he does. No more visions of Old Lady Meier. Phew. Only now it's worse - it's Andy! It turns out, he is the one who bought the bed - less a small finder's fee for Jim, of course. At this point, Jim's too tired to do anything else, so he just turns off the light and goes for it. Eww!
