Cheryl wants to do more things with Jim. Together. Like a couple. She's afraid that if they don't, they will grow apart. So she suggests that they try a cooking class. At least that way Jim can eat (one of his strengths) and sit (another). After asking nicely and then getting upset and then really trying to talk him into it, she gets him to go. Unfortunately, the class doesn't really work out.

There is only one other guy there, and he has a walker. Then the dish they make is only big enough for one person, so each cook only gets a bite - hardly big enough for them to taste. Jim calls it a "meat pill". It's just not Jim's cup of tea. In talking to Andy, he finds out that his dad had a great idea - do something that the woman will dislike so much that they won't ever ask again. So he tries just that, with paintball.

Of course, it takes some cajoling on his part to get Cheryl to go, but once he lays into Cheryl about how he tried her thing and how she doesn't want to try her thing, it's like she is putty in his hands. There's no way she would back out then. And to make it even better, she brings Dana along. He and Andy are going to have a great time making them miserable, and he'll never have to do anything that he doesn't like again.

The bad part is that she doesn't seem to be getting it. Instead of being miserable, she's making his time miserable. She's trying to clean the paint from his face, and she's getting in the way and making them get shot, and it's just not working out like they planned. It's time to bring in the big guns - the mud hole.

Jim gets Andy up on the hill and tricks Cheryl into thinking they are about to get shot, and tells her to jump in the mud, but she hesitates. Then Dana, on another hill, notices what's happening, and she shines her makeup mirror (which she was using to apply some makeup) in Andy's face, so he shoots Jim, which gives Cheryl the chance to see what's going on, so she pushes Jim into the mud instead. And then she gets mad.

Perhaps needless to say, but it looks like Jim will be making a few more trips to the cooking class - or perhaps to somewhere a lot worse than the cooking class. This is one scheme that backfired big-time.
