According to Jim Recap: Belaboring the Point
It's official. Dana is pregnant. For real this time. Ryan thinks that he's ready for it, but that's before he talks to Jim, who has already served three tours of duty, and Ryan soon learns that it isn't going to be as easy as he had thought. The gummi bears that Dana liked that morning are already the wrong ones, and the chocolate milk that he had perfect earlier he now can't get right to save his life, and the last thing he wants to do is suggest that she make it herself.
Before he even knows exactly how it's happened, Dana ends up at his house, on his couch, telling Cheryl how it's all Jim's fault, and Jim knows that he has to do something to get Dana out and back to her husband at least, so he heads to Ryan's office to figure something out. But before he can do anything, he falls asleep in the waiting room and drifts into a dream world of his own, where the men are the ones who are pregnant.
There, it is the men who are misunderstood, and the women who miss the appointments and don't understand how uncomfortable it is to go through pregnancy. Frankly, seeing Andy have to breast feed during band practice made me feel rather queasy, but hey - in the name of humor, I can deal with about anything.
Once Jim wakes up, he realizes that he's been wrong all along and he is the one who needs to be more understanding, and he gets Ryan to buy all the gummi bears that he can find, as well as every flavor of chocolate so that they can make the perfect mix. Of course, when they bring all this home, Cheryl just wants to know who they heck he is, and where he was during her pregnancies!
