When Catalina was hauled off to Mexico (in Born a Gamblin' Man), Earl vowed to Randy that they would go and bring her back to America. That's just what they are going to do. Only it's a lot harder than they thought, because the fastest way to get there is by plane, and Earl and Randy have never flown before.

My Name is Earl Recap: South of the Border (Part Dos)

In South of the Border (Part Uno), Earl and Randy were making their way to Mexico to bring Catalina back home, after Earl had managed to get her deported. Meanwhile, Joy is taking her happy pills in an attempt to try to make herself seem more likable for her big court date, but her neighbors aren't making it easy. Earl and Randy had just made it into Mexico and are trying to find Catalina's village, but they got into a fight over Earl being hungry and now Earl has been kidnapped by bandits.

According to Jim Recap: The Marriage Bank

Andy wins a weekend at the Wisconsin fishing cabin of one of their clients during a high-stakes dice game (not craps, Dungeons and Dragons), but there is just one problem - it is for next weekend, which is when Aunt Koonka is coming to visit. It doesn't look like there is any way out of it. That is, until Jim finds out that Dr. Ted is making an appearance in Chicago this weekend. That means he can make a deposit in The Marriage Bank by going to the seminar, and make a withdrawal next weekend for the fishing trip.
