According to Jim Recap: The Marriage Bank

Andy wins a weekend at the Wisconsin fishing cabin of one of their clients during a high-stakes dice game (not craps, Dungeons and Dragons), but there is just one problem - it is for next weekend, which is when Aunt Koonka is coming to visit. It doesn't look like there is any way out of it. That is, until Jim finds out that Dr. Ted is making an appearance in Chicago this weekend. That means he can make a deposit in The Marriage Bank by going to the seminar, and make a withdrawal next weekend for the fishing trip.

That was the plan anyway, until Dr. Ted unveils his theme for the seminar. It's talking about The Marriage Bank, where you do something so that your partner will feel like they have to do something in exchange, and Jim thinks he's going to be busted for sure. That is, unless perhaps Andy can suggest it, maybe Cheryl won't find out that he and Andy had been planning this fishing trip all along.

Everything goes smoothly until Cheryl and Dana are talking and Dana tells Cheryl that she is house-sitting for Andy while he goes on the fishing trip, and she knows that she's been had. So she aims to play the vindictive wife during the trust exercise that afternoon. Jim, however, has an ace up his sleeve. While he keeps going and going through the challenges, Dr. Ted notices and calls him up to the front, pointing out that he just keeps trying while Cheryl leads him astray, so obviously he is the put-upon one in the relationship.

Of course, we all know that isn't true - but Cheryl gets called out in front of everyone. Truly classic. When they get home, Jim points out that they don't need Dr. Ted's approval, that their marriage is just fine, and Cheryl agrees - but she wanted his approval anyway. And it looks like Jim is going fishing!
