According to Jim Recap: All the Rage

Jim gets into a shouting match in the yard with the neighbors - that's right, all the neighbors. It's so bad, he even loses his shirt and drops his pants in the process. All because of The Thumper, a guy who drives down the street with his music so loud that everyone can hear it. It seems like Jim may finally be going off the deep end. When The Thumper finally comes by for a second pass, Jim jumps in the car with Andy to get him... and promptly backs into a police cruiser. When the neighbors get a load of this, the clothes come off again, and this gets Jim and Andy a date with the anger management course.

My Name is Earl Recap: Kept a Guy Locked in a Truck

When Earl keeps getting stuck places, he finally figures out that karma is giving him a message: He has to help Josh, the guy who he locked in a truck. But when he goes to find Josh, he finds that Josh is dead. It seems that he had one of those beds that you pull down from the wall, and when a big truck goes by, sometimes they would pop back up into the wall. Josh didn't make it.

Grease: You're the One That I Want Recap: Grease Academy

After the first two weeks of this show, I was really hoping for something special when the potential contestants hit the much-anticipated Grease Academy. The result was really, really disappointing. Some old high school had a couple of Grease signs put up and everyone was shuttled in by bus. Then they practiced a bit and were put through the same paces as they had been for the last couple of weeks, but in smaller batches.

It's like the Hollywood Week of American Idol on a much, much smaller scale. It was also only an hour. Perhaps the producers thought that it would be more as well, then just went with what they had. Whatever the case, it wasn't good.

Rome Recap: Son of Hades

As Lucius Vorenus and Pullo return home with the head of Erastes Fulmen, the head simply lies to one side. I guess that losing one's family will do that to you. I have enough trouble doing housework as it is, with no reason for doing it, I suspect that there will be even less reason, so I cannot fault Vorenus!

Meanwhile, Mark Antony is preparing to meet with Cleopatra, who is in town to have her son - the son of Caesar - legally recognized. She says that she has no interest in anything other than a legal declaration, but let's face it, this is Cleopatra here, she is surely up to something. Antony also has to deal with Atia who thinks that Antony is likely up to something with Cleopatra. She is surely right, if Cleopatra would have him (she will not).

The Class Recap: The Class Has to Go to a Stupid Museum

Ethan and Kat get off the phone, but Kat forgets to hang up, so Ethan gets to listen in on her conversation with Benjamin. Thankfully, Ethan doesn't have much of a life. Then Kyle comes over, and both of them get to listen in. Still no word on what happened to Aaron, but we still don't see him.

Later, Palmer drops in, and she gets to listen in too. That's about when Kat and Benjamin start talking about Ethan and Palmer. Apparently Kat thinks that all Palmer and Ethan do is have sex. So naturally, they try and think of what else they do, and, well, they don't do much of anything else. So they have to find something else to do. They go to a museum.

Heroes Recap: Chapter Twelve: Godsend

Assuming that Chapter Eleven: Fallout was the "Fall Finale" of Heroes, I'm not exactly sure what that makes this episode. The "Winter Premier" perhaps. Whatever the case, we've got new material on, and that's what's important.

Picking up two weeks after Peter hit the pavement trying to save Claire, we see that he's still a bit out of it. He's in the hospital in fact, and Nathan and his mom are there at his side, hoping that he'll come out of it soon. There's no telling when that will happen. Or even if it will happen.

Mythbusters Recap: Hindenburg Mystery

Hindenburg Skin. Though the Hindenburg didn't claim many lives (only 36 people died), it was by any account a spectacular disaster, and the image of the burning hull of the gigantic zeppelin is famous across the world. Even now, nearly seventy years after it happened, the massive fireball that engulfed the Hindenburg is a matter of speculation.

When the Hindenburg went up in flames, it signaled the end of an era in aviation. Gone were the massive luxury liners of the air, and in their place came the noisy, propeller-driven (and later jet-driven) planes which we have all come to know and love (ha!). This is probably a good thing, as even though the Hindenburg was a huge ship, it simply couldn't carry many passengers and it didn't move quickly. The fact that it could go up in flames is simply a secondary issue.

According to Jim Recap: Cheryl Gone Wild

Cheryl and Dana catch Jim, Andy and Ryan watching a Chicks Gone Crazy video, which wouldn't be too bad, but it's the one starring them! Unfortunately, they can't quite stop it before the boys find out that Dana's in the video, and Jim has to calm Ryan down a bit. But it's a different story when Jim finds out that Cheryl was in the video too, and he doesn't take too kindly to his good buddy Ryan trying to use his own tactics on him to convince him that it's no big deal.

Grease: You're the One That I Want Recap: The 12 Finalists Perform

Finally, some action! Okay, so the last half of last week's show had a little bit, and I suspect that's why they only spent half of the show at Grease Academy, even though they had been hyping it up like crazy the first two weeks. In the end, no one wanted to see that garbage, they want to see something interesting. After all, with so many faces to learn, we know we're only going to get a few seconds at best, and we're not going to get anything useful. I'm glad we're actually getting to the point where we can see some activity, and start to put some performances with the work that they do. Maybe it will all start to make some sense now. Still, it's a two-hour show. That's a lot to get through. We'll see how it goes.

Rome Recap: These Being the Words of Marcus Tullius Cicero

More drama is afoot in the great city, though perhaps the most interesting character of all is nowhere to be seen. Yes, Octavian, who in Son of Hades decided to leave the protection of his mother's arms and head out of Rome, is nowhere to be found (at least in the context of the episode). That doesn't mean you won't hear about him - not by any means. He sends his emissary to check in on his mother and his sister, and frankly I think he's really concerned about his sister the most. Probably something about their little time spent together last season if you ask me. He probably doesn't care much for his mother.

Mythbusters Recap: Pirate Special

Cannonballs vs. Shrapnel. It has long been rumored that the damage done by a cannonball can easily be outdone by the damage done by the shrapnel caused by the very same cannonball. After all, a massive steel ball hitting a wooden ship has to create a whole bunch of sharp pieces of wood flying around, so it's bound to be dangerous if you're standing in the midst of it all, doesn't it? With the help of Myth-wench Myth-tern Jess, a few tests are created to see if this myth is even plausible, before moving on to the full-size test.
