Dirt Recap: What to Expect When You're Expecting
Don and Kira get even closer, including having some sex as Kira gets closer to her due date. Lucy introduces us to more of her family, as we meet her mother, who is getting remarried - on the same day that Lucy's father killed himself.
Speaking of Lucy's family, Leo tells Lucy that he's seeing someone, but when he won't tell her the details, it does nothing other than pique her curiosity, so she sics Don on him. Probably inappropriate, but did Leo really expect anything else? When she does, Don finds out that Leo is seeing action star and family man Jack Dawson, which doesn't go over well at all.
Back to the magazine, Lucy has managed to convince Prince Tyreese to give up some more details on the possible location of Aundre G, so Don is dismissed to try and find it in the wine cellar of his old manager - who also happens to play cards with Prince.
Don finds the head inside a wine bottle, and apparently he hasn't been taken his meds, because he has a nice conversation with the disembodied head. You can only hope he doesn't end up dating the head, like he is with Kira. For now, it just produces some rather horrific shots that Lucy loves, so it looks like she has found her next cover.
Holt and Julia are having an interesting spell in their relationship, where Julia is burning herself with cigarettes, and Holt can't stand to be with her - either because he's thinking about the sex tape or because he's thinking about Lucy, we're not sure which at this point, but either way, it's not really working right now. and it means that she heads back to see Garbo the drug dealer, and gets offended when Holt asks her where she's been instead of having dinner with him.
Finally, Kira is ready to pop, and she does. But just what sort of baby does a dead celebrity have? Kittens, as it turns out, one of which is named Tristan, after Don's late cat, who died earlier in the series after some experimental cancer vaccine killed him. After the birth, Kira says that she has to leave now, which leaves him sad. But at least he has a cat.
