Jim feels that he’s had enough when he gets a doctor’s bill, so he goes down to talk to the people at the insurance company and gives them a piece of his mind. By the time he’s done, he has everything taken care of to his satisfaction.

Unfortunately, he has also managed to get them to drop their insurance coverage entirely.

When Cheryl finds out about it, she isn’t going to be too happy, so say the least, so there isn’t much else that Jim can do other than come up with a scheme that will keep Cheryl from finding out about it in the first place.

It’s all Jim can do to keep Cheryl from taking the kids to the doctor when they get sick, but somehow he manages to muddle through it all. Then Cheryl gets sick, and things go from bad to worse.

Just when you think he can’t possibly sink any lower, he gets sick, and that is the proverbial straw that broke the camel’s back, and he goes crawling back to the insurance company to see if he can get his policy reinstated.

Of course the women do it, for a slight premium over his earlier amount, and the ability to laugh at his misery.
