According to Jim Recap: The Grill II

In The Grill, Jim and Andy had a few issues because Andy didn't appreciate that Jim had given him something: His old grill, Old Blue. Similarly, Jim didn't appreciate that Andy had given him something: All sorts of things, really, but almost everything worth more than an old grill. Well, Old Blue is back.

When Cheryl, Dana and the girls get ready to head out of town, she hides the matches, the knives, warns the neighbors and blocks the adult channels on the television. She isn't even going to get a sitter because Jim has turned fifty.

Dana tries to rush Cheryl out the door, because she doesn't want Jim to see what's happening across the street. Apparently Andy is selling the g-r-i-l-l. When Jim thinks it's a girl, it's not a problem. But when he figures out that he's selling the grill, it's an issue. The war is on again.

Jim reports the grill as stolen merchandise, and since he has the receipt, Andy takes a ride downtown in the back of a police car. Then Jim and Kyle get the taser and watch the grill on the patio, but Andy goes inside and removes a pipe from the wall. Jim tries to get the taser from Kyle, but he was expecting Andy, and zaps his dad instead. Jim goes in to get Andy, but the taser has to recharge. While it does, Andy has time to remove the pipe fully, which floods the kitchen, giving Andy a chance to take the grill back.

When Andy sleeps it off with a tape from George Takei, Jim rents a crane and removes the roof, pulling the grill out of his bedroom that way. Andy awakes as if he's in the forest, with animals and birds all over his room.

He goes to see Jim, who is eating something grilled with Kyle, who is able to see Andy surrender. However, he brought a list over that shows just how many hours he's spent babysitting the kids for free. Nine thousand. Since Gracie and Ruby are out of town, he'll take Kyle.

Jim puts up a fight, but then he agrees that he can have him - so long as Andy reverts the rights back to Jim in case he sells him after a year. Then Cheryl comes home and they have to explain the whole thing. She just doesn't understand. It must be a man thing.
