Jericho Recap: Coalition of the Willing
When Jake and Hawkins get back from New Bern, they aren't the only things that come from that lovely place down the road. No, there's another present in the form of a walkie-talkie, and Phil Constantino sends the residents of Jericho a lovely message from said walkie: Give up some farms or proceed to die. Actually, he says "or else", and that means that they have an hour to decide to surrender the farms. If they don't, they will surely suffer the consequences. To make matters worse, one of the farms he wants is the Richmond farm. I don't think Stanley likes this idea.
Gray, sensing this unease about giving up his farm, sends Stanley out with the rangers to take out the mortar truck. About a minute later, Pop Greene comes in, telling Gray - again - that he's doing a bad job, and not long after that, Stanley returns, bloodied from a battle. At least Stanley didn't die, as he's one of the good Jerichoians. Or whatever they call themselves. Maybe Gray will die when he surrenders, because that's just what he's about to do.
